What is it? Spirituality & Therapy in a very fun and informative manner! We meet via Zoom once a month for about an hour or more to go over some topics. We will be covering inner child healing, what and where are our chakras located, how to cleanse your energy and your home,self- love, anger management,etc. We will cover all 4 bodies of the being so you start a healthier relationship with yourself!
We start with a relaxing and centering meditation, followed by topics of discussion and recommendations.We will be learning healing and releasing techniques such as breathwork, emotional release, somatic exercises, yoga restorative poses, tapping, etc. as well as exploring our subconscious mind and reprogramming of the mind.
You will have homework e-mailed to you for the following class.

When do we meet:
English class: Every last Wednesday of the month at 8 p.m. Eastern Time
Spanish class: Every first Saturday of the month at 10 a.m. Eastern Time
